Industrial Modern Transformation in a Historic Neighborhood

This home in a historic downtown Indianapolis neighborhood has been completely transformed from a cramped duplex to an open plan single family home that is an industrial modern masterpiece. The whole home rehab was executed flawlessly by the team at The Re-Development Group in coordination with trusted vendors like the designers at ACo.  

The mixture of dark dramatic tones, metal accents, and bright warm wood creates an elevated look that is at once striking yet remarkably cozy. ACo designed custom cabinets in a dark stain that is complemented by the brighter shade of the butcher block cabinets. This play of dark and light is echoed throughout the home all the way to the master bathroom and even the laundry room.
